Florida CareerLINK Celebrates Ninth Anniversary

CLEARWATER, FL (August 30, 2006) Florida CareerLINK, the leading recruitment services provider in Tampa Bay, is celebrating its ninth anniversary in business this Labor Day weekend. The Company was launched in September 1997 in response to a strong demand for an online recruiting solution from job seekers in Florida.

  • re-design and launch of the new Florida CareerLINK.com web site, which features high energy graphics and vivid warm colors
  • recognition of Florida CareerLINK and its leadership as finalists for three major awards: Tampa Bay Business Journal’s BusinessWoman of the Year Award (Pamela Kauten); Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Professional Service Business of the Year; and the Tampa Bay Technology Forum’s Outstanding Professional Service Award
  • selection of Florida CareerLINK as one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s top 20 Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay among companies with 10-25 employees.
Florida CareerLINK also hired several strategically important team members in 2006. Among the new additions to the Company is Adam Kauten, son of founders Pam Kauten and the late Neil Kauten, who is expected to help shape the future of Florida CareerLINK and lead the expansion of the Company’s Bradenton presence.
